Knowledge Management University Certificate Course
The Department of Information and Knowledge Management at the University of Johannesburg hold an annual certificate course in Knowledge Management, which qualifies for NQF and SETA points.The curriculum comprises:

Topic 2 - Knowledge Management Strategy

Day 2 – 6th October 2010
Topic 3 - Knowledge Management Building Blocks

Day 3 – 7th October 2010
Topic 4 - Communities of Practice

Day 4 – 8th October 2010
Topic 5 - Virtual Collaboration and Social Media
Topic 6 - Sustainability and Conclusion

Each attendee will receive a copy of Judi Sandrock’s “The Art of Managing Knowledge – a Practitioners Guide” book and DVD set as the text for the course.
