Topic: Using Storytelling in KM
This presentation tells a story of how storytelling is used in KM initiatives to transform attitudes, create awareness, stimulate action and engage key organisational players. We look at how KM stories are crafted, how and by whom they are told and how stories are used create a shared vision of the future. In addition to examples and case studies, we also look at traditional African approaches to KM storytelling.

Project Management for Knowledge Managers
